John Joseph Rosowski, 91, of Exeter Twp., passed away in the afternoon hours Monday, May 9, 2016, of natural causes in Chestnut Knoll, Boyertown. He was the husband of the late Helen A. (Karban) Rosowski, who died May 1, 2012. Born April 5, 1925, in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Joseph & Mary (Zajackowski) Rosowski. Having served in the US Army between WWII and the Korean War, he worked as an electrician for Domino’s Sugar, Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Navy Yard. He was a longtime member of St. Jerome’s RC Church, Philadelphia. He is survived by his children: Robert J. Rosowski, John L. Rosowski, with whom he last resided, and Janet R. Kruse; and his grandson, Matthew Kruse. He was predeceased by his grandson, James Kruse, and by his siblings: Wanda Garczynski, Mary Tulewicz, and Walter Ustaszewski. Prayer services will be held Saturday, May 14, 2016, at 11 AM from the Mull Funeral Home, 27 E. High St., Womelsdorf, with Fr. Mark J. Wrightson, O.S.F.S, officiating. Relatives and Friends may call Saturday from 10 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will be Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at 2 PM in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
