Vincent H. Hart, 84, of Oley, died in the afternoon hours of February 12, 2013, in his residence.

He was the husband of Fay E. (Schmeck) Hart.

Born July 15, 1928, in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Dorothy Wenrich.

Vince was a member of St. John’s Lodge # 435 F & AM, and a member of the Rajah Shrine.  He was also Past President of the former Reading Sertoma Club and was the District Governor for Sertoma International. He was a 50 year member of Indian Hannah Hunt Club.  Vince was a law book salesman, an avid antique collector and dealer and a lifelong musician.  He was a musician while serving in the US Army- Airforce; played in many local dance bands; the Rajah Concert and Dance Band; and the Ringgold Band.  He especially loved to teach music.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Brian L. (Suzanne) Hart, Ruscombmanor Twp., and Janet R. (G. Bert) Shirey, Oley; his half sister: Maryann (Joseph) DeAngelo; and four grandchildren: Scott E. (Valentina) Shirey, Anne E. Shirey, Jeffrey L. Hart, and Erica L. Hart.

Funeral Services and Burial in Forest Hills Memorial Park are Private.  However, Friends and Relatives are invited for a time of Fellowship and Refreshment at Golden Oaks Golf Club, 10 Stonehedge Dr., Fleetwood, PA  19522, on Sunday, February 17, 2013, from 3-5 PM.
