Gloria J. Wike

Gloria J. Wike, age 77, of Lebanon passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at her residence with her family by her side.

Her husband, Harold E. Wike passed away on July 9, 1995.

Born in Brickerville, PA on October 29, 1946 a daughter of the late Leon H. and Violet Fern (Ruhl) Wanner.

Gloria enjoyed baking, gardening in her flower garden, playing Blitz with her brothers and sisters every Sunday, an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan, and especially enjoyed watching her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren play sports. She was an excellent seamstress and a wonderful loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, who will be dearly missed.

She is survived by three daughters, Lori A. Faller (Bret), Stephanie L. Rutkowski (Jaime), and Michelle R. Rhoads (Chip); ten siblings, Nancy Palm, Fritz Wanner, Jerry Wanner, Walter Wanner, Sharon Talys, Annie Leisey, Jim Wanner, Jeff Wanner, Lisa Pajski, and Eric Wanner; and many nieces & nephews.

She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, Nichole, Shelby, David, Quentin, Gloria, Violet, Amber, Tyler, Ashley, Hunter, and Faith; and fourteen great grandchildren, Stephanie, Savana, Silas, Gracie, Joey, Alley, Davey, Carter, Julian, Miles, Kingston, Trevor, Aubrey, and Aubrey Jean.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by brothers, Leon Wanner, Jr., Larry Wanner, and Richard Wanner; and a sister, Brenda Gochenaur.

Services will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 402 E. Penn Ave., Robesonia.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Cole Funeral Home.

Burial will be private.
