Jean M. Ressler, 76, of Clay Twp., Lancaster Co., formerly of Womelsdorf and Myerstown, died Saturday, January 26, 2013, of natural causes in her residence.
She was the wife of Earl M. Ressler. She was predeceased by her first husband, Ronald M. “Pink” Pinkerton in 2001.
Born October 15, 1936, in Laureldale, she was the daughter of the late David & Annetta (Moyer) Kline.
She attended Grace Lutheran Church, Lancaster.
She was an operator for the former Lucent Technologies for 21 years retiring in 1995.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Denise “Pinkie”(Steven) Rentschler, Womelsdorf; David (Rhonda) Pinkerton, Lima, OH; and Douglas (Lora) Pinkerton, Reinholds; her siblings: Joan Schaefer, Robesonia; Bee Mays, Womelsdorf; Christine Dillman, Scotland; and Ronnie Bigony, Mohrsville; and her granddaughter, Kayla Rentschler.
She was predeceased by her grandson, Jeffrey Rentschler.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 31, 2013, at 1 PM from Salem Lutheran Church, 1331 W. Main St., Ephrata, PA 17522.
Burial will follow at 3:30 PM in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call Wednesday, from 6-8PM, at the Hetrick-Mull Funeral Home, Inc., 27 E. High St., Womelsdorf, PA 19567, and Thursday, from Noon until time of service at the church.
