Arlene L. Eiceman, 75, of Marion Twp. passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Reading Hospital.
She was born in New Holland on October 7, 1945, a daughter of the late Roy M. and Mary E. (Melligan) Harnish.
On June 15, 1963 she married Michael V. Eiceman, the love of her life, who preceded her in death on June 23, 2015 after 52 years of marriage.
She was a graduate of ELCO High School and was a Certified Dental Assistant at ELCO Family Dental in Schaefferstown since 1980. She recently retired after 40 years of working with her dental family.
Arlene was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Robesonia having served on many committees throughout the years. She was also a former Girl Scout Leader. She had many hobbies including painting, traveling, reading, taking walks, cooking, baking desserts and taking care of her beloved dog, Bella. She was a kind and compassionate spirit who was deeply devoted to her friends and her family. She will be lovingly missed by all who knew her.
Arlene is survived by her two daughters, Kelly L. wife of Bernard Harms, and Jodi K. wife of Pete Eisenhauer; a brother, James Harnish; two sisters, Mary Jane Clauser and Darlene Bender; and six grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Colin, Peter, Ramsey, and Leah. Arlene's children and grandchildren were her greatest pride and joy. The memories she created with her family will be forever cherished.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Roy and Donald Harnish.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00am at Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, 4891 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, PA 19608.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 15th from 10:00 to 11:00am at the Church.
