Arthur W Zimmerman

Arthur W. Zimmerman, 92, of Womelsdorf, passed away in the afternoon hours Thursday, April 25, 2024 in Sinking Spring Nursing and Rehab. He was the widower of the late Lorraine D. (née Heintzelman) Zimmerman and Geraldine F. (née Binkley) Zimmerman. Born Saturday, November 21, 1931, in Bern Township, he was a son of the late Walter & Katie (née Strauss) Zimmerman. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Womelsdorf. He is survived by his daughters: Cindy A. Frey & Joan A. (Alan) Schaetzle; his step daughter: Lisa R. (Ronald) Erdman; five grandchildren & eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his siblings: Harold Zimmerman &  Pauline Schenk. Memorial services will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 11 AM, from Zion Lutheran Church, 300 W. High St.,Womelsdorf, with the Rev. J. Robert Kehrli, officiating.  Relatives and Friends may visit with the family Thursday from 10 AM until time of service at the church.
