Bruce Aulenbach Obituary
Bruce D. Aulenbach, age 70, of Cumru Twp. passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 22, 2021.
He was the faithful husband of Elizabeth L. “Libby” (Sutherland) Aulenbach.
Born in Reading on December 31, 1950 a son of Ethel (Corwin) Aulenbach, who survives and the late Donald C. Aulenbach.
He attended Reading High School and proudly served in the U.S. Army.
Bruce worked 38 years at A.W.I. in Robesonia until retiring in 2013.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter, Stacey L. wife of Russ Hoffman; a son, Jeremiah D. Aulenbach; two step-children; a brother, Michael B. Aulenbach; a grandson, Tyler Hoffman fiance of Camilla Harris; and eight step-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Nancy L. (Bitting) Aulenbach in 2002 and sisters, Diane Biehl and Donna Aulenbach.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 10:30am at Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 402 E. Penn Ave., Robesonia.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30am at Cole Funeral Home.
Inurnment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Shillington.
