Cathy I. Spitler

Cathy I. Spitler, age 63, of Myerstown passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the Reading Hospital.

She was the loving wife of 28 ½ years to Darryl R. Spitler.

She was born in Lebanon on July 2, 1959 a daughter of the late Peter and Catherine (Yuskiv) Ilus.

She was a 1977 graduate of ELCO High School.

Cathy worked as a Transcriptionist for over 30 years for Respiratory Specialists, last at the Keiser Blvd., Wyomissing location.

She attended St. Paul’s U.C.C., Schaefferstown.

In addition to her husband, Darryl, she is survived by two sons, Zachary A. Spitler and Dylan A. Spitler; two sisters, Maria Dubbs (Jay) and Anna Klahr (John); a brother, Peter Ilus (Lisa); and a number of nieces & nephews.

Mull Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Womelsdorf is handling arrangements.

A Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00am at St. Paul’s U.C.C. Social Hall, 1304 Heidelberg Ave., Schaefferstown. 

A Service of Remembrance will start at 11:00am till 11:25am at the Social Hall.

Burial will be private at Schaefferstown Cemetery.
