Doris J. Ebert, 86, formerly of Womelsdorf, passed away in the evening hours Tuesday, February 14, 2023, in the Reading Hospital.
She was the widow of the late Frederick J. Ebert, Jr.
Born Saturday, August 15, 1936, in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Robert E. & Sarah E. (née McCandless) Malloy.
Doris was a member of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, Sinking Spring.
She retired in 1998, from the Caron Treatment Center.
She is survived by her son: Patrick J. Ebert; three grandchildren; and by her brother: Charles D. Malloy.
She was predeceased by her children: Jeffrey A. Ebert & Sharon L. Worthington; and by her sister: Joyce A. Hammes.
Memorial services will be held Friday, February 24, 2023, at 10 AM from St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, 2848 St. Alban’s Drive, Sinking Spring, PA 19608, with the Rev. Michelle Moyer, Rector, officiating. Burial in St. John’s (Hain’s) Cemetery, Wernersville, will be private.
