Jeanette G. Scull, 74, of Womelsdorf, passed away in the late evening hours Wednesday, June 8, 2022, of natural causes in Penn State Health, St. Joseph, Reading.
She was the widow of the late William A. Scull, who died August 2, 2017.
Born Tuesday, December 2, 1947, in Reading she was a daughter of the late James & Dorothy M. (neé Janda) Pauley.
Jean was known to everyone that met her as MOM, she loved her yearly trips to Cape May and Wildwood for family vacations. Her favorite pastime was watching YouTube and listening to oldies music, and her newest trend was finding, and watching Tic Toc videos.
Mom loved Gardening, and always making sure there were enough Cherry Tomatoes.
Mom loved her favorite TV shows, and loved her new front porch where she could sit, and watch her Butterfly Bush.
She most looked forward to going to the Womelsdorf Fire Company Cookouts, helping at Fundraisers as a member of the Womelsdorf Fire Ladies Auxiliary.
Most of all, she enjoyed the planning of all family gatherings, making sure no one was left out, including having the Firefighters there so that she could laugh, and enjoy a nice cold Coors light on ice.
Mom's personal faith in God carried her throughout life to the end, and now it is that faith, and reward, that she is where she always wanted to be, alongside her husband Bill (Dollface), and that she is dancing freely with him once again in Heaven to Merle Haggard.
It is that faith also that her family holds, that they will see her again someday.
She is survived by her children: Sheri wife of Michael Rice, Gregory Rissmiller, Kim, wife of Bob Martin , & Kindall L. Wann, fiance’ of the Rev. June E. Bair; her step-son: Steven, husband of Beth Scull; her sister: Diane, wife of Dennis Wrentzel; grandchildren: Heidi wife of Randy Schroeder, Austin fiance' of Julia Steffy, Freya, & Mara; and great-grandson: Layne.
