Joyce A (Hickernell) Raihl

Joyce A. Raihl, 93, of Myerstown, formerly of Womelsdorf, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2026, in the Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. She was the widow of the late Phillip R. Raihl, who died April 21, 2002. Born Saturday, December 17, 1932, in Newmanstown, she was a daughter of the late William & Emily Hickernell, née Leibig. A graduate of Newmanstown High School, Joyce retired from the physical therapy department of Berks Heim. She is survived by her children: Michael Raihl, husband of Kathleen, Brian Raihl, husband of Nancy, Debra Howard, wife of Joseph, Patti Auman, wife of William, Cheryl Major, widow of Harry; daughter in law: Annie Flickinger; 16 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and by her siblings: Donald Hickernell, husband of Phyllis, and Neil Hickernell. She was predeceased by her sons: Randolph, Eric, and Phillip Raihl; her grandchildren: Joshua Oberbroeckling & Randy Raihl; great-grandchildren: JD Strunk & Axel Siegfried; and siblings: Clifford, Jay & William Hickernell, Winifred Harris, & Lorraine Eberly. Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 2 PM, from the Mull Funeral Home, Womelsdorf, with the Rev. Patrick W.
