Linda May (Burkholder) Lape

Linda May Lape, 78, formerly of Newmanstown, passed away in the afternoon hours Friday, May 28, 2021.

She was the widow of the late Ronald A. Yeingst & the late Carroll D. Lape.

Born Saturday, October 3, 1942, in Lebanon, she was the daughter of the late

John F. Burkholder, Sr. & the late Mazie R. (neé Bender) Burkholder.

A graduate of Newmanstown High School, she was a member of Elias United Church of Christ, Newmanstown. Linda worked as a satiner for Rich Maid Kabinetry & Kountry Kraft until her retirement.

She is survived by her son: Scott M. Yeingst; her grand-daughters: Nichole Yeingst & Ali Butzer; and great-grandchildren: Ava Black, Brantley Butzer, & Adley Bender.

She was predeceased by her brother: John F. Burkholder, Jr.

Graveside services and interment in Millcreek Memorial Cemetery, Newmanstown will be held Sunday, June 13, 2021, at 2 PM, with Pastor Jay Heberling officiating.
