Martha M (Fry) Speicher

Martha M. Speicher, 85, of Robesonia passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville.

She was the loving wife of 64 years to Donald K. Speicher.

Born in Lancaster County on May 21, 1935 a daughter of the late Harry Z. and Hilda (Carpenter) Fry.

She was a 1953 graduate of Robesonia High School.

Martha was a school bus driver for Conrad Weiser School District for 25 years, retiring in 1997.

She had a love for all animals, especially horses, and loved collecting various collectibles. She was also once Bicentennial Queen of Robesonia.

Surviving in addition to her husband is two sons, Gordon K. Speicher husband of Kathy and Scott M. Speicher husband of Sherry; a sister, Lynn M. wife of John Richardson; two brothers-in-law, Harold Speicher husband of Mary, and Marvin Speicher husband of Shirley;  and a loving grandmother to four grandchildren, Kenneth Speicher (Lauren), Dustin Speicher (Carrie), Shayna Sidick (Justin), and Amber Speicher; and seven great-grandchildren, Cole, Asher, Jude, Oliver, Ivy, Abel, and Elijah.

Martha was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Fry, Jr.

Services will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 11:00am at The Bridge of Hope Church, 309 W. Franklin St., Womelsdorf, PA 19567 with Pastor Larry Longenecker officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00am at the Church.

Interment will follow at Heidelberg Cemetery, Robesonia.

Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Robesonia is handling arrangements.
