Pearl A. Boyer, age 85, of Wernersville passed away on Monday evening, May 18, 2026 while a resident at Berks Heim.
She was born in Wernersville on March 5, 1941 a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Rickertt) Boyer.
She was a member of St. John’s (Hain’s) U.C.C., Wernersville, the Sinking Spring Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary where she was active in the egg hunt and bake sales, she was also active in the Historical Society in Wernersville.
She will be fondly remembered for her love of animals, and has now joined her dog, Millie. She also enjoyed baking and everyone loved her baked goods.
Pearl worked many years at Valley Forge Flag Co., Robesonia and Womelsdorf, and also at Bollman Hat Factory in Adamstown.
She is survived by a sister, Nancy Sweigart; and many nieces & nephews. Pearl was the Matriarch of the Boyer family and a motherly figure to her many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Boyer, Jr., Ralph “Red” Boyer, and John Boyer.
Services will be private.
Cole Funeral Home, Robesonia is handling arrangements.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Rd., Birdsboro, PA 19508.
