Robert L. Phillips

Robert L. Phillips, 71, of Ephrata passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center in Caernarvon Township.

His wife, Cindy K. Phillips passed away on November 11, 2020.

Born in Culpeper County, VA on February 9, 1950 a son of the late Leon and Shirley (West) Phillips.

Bob proudly served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by a granddaughter, Olivia M. wife of Jose Ramos; four great grandchildren, Josiah, Calarina, Natelie, and Alaia; and a brother, Harold.

A Memorial Service in memory of Robert and his late wife Cindy will be held on Saturday, June 5th, 2021 at 6:00pm at Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 402 E. Penn Ave.,Robesonia, PA, with Pastor Nancy Boyd officiating.
