Robert Richard Stover, 80, of Amity Twp., went to be with his beloved wife on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
His beloved wife, Josephine Shirley (Keller) Stover died on May 21, 2019.
Born in Ashland, PA on June 14, 1940 a son of the late Raymond A. and Hattie (Boyer) Stover.
Bob was a Welder and Trainer for the Birdsboro Steel Corporation for 28 years and retired as a Custodian for Daniel Boone School District.
He loved gardening, listening to music (especially Elvis), karaoke, oil painting, the outdoors, and playing various instruments. He was a member of the Monarch Fire Company, the Birdsboro American Legion Post 626, and the United Steel Workers Union.
He is survived by a son, Mark R. Stover (Elaine Royer); a daughter, Allyson L. Kelly; and a sister, Shirley Hughes (James); three grandchildren, Casey Kelly, Kayla Beam (Derrick), and Dylan Stover; two great grandchildren, Rowan Beam and Decklyn Stover; and his feline companion, Pudder. He was also predeceased by a sister, Nancy Horbach.
A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date and will be announced.
Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Robesonia is handling arrangements.
