William Frederick Strunk, Sr., 84, of North Heidelberg Twp., passed away in the evening hours, Thursday, August 4, 2016, of natural causes in his residence. He was the husband of Betty J. (Long) Strunk. Born July 4, 1932, in South Heidelberg Twp., he was a son of the late Harry J. & Almanara (Landis) Strunk. He retired from the former North American Refractories (Brick Plant), having been a press operator. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Judy E., wife of Brian Kline, Temple, William F. Strunk, Jr., husband of Ruth, Newmanstown, Jeffrey A. Strunk, husband of Alison, Bernville; his siblings: David, Ralph, and Gerald Strunk; Nine Grandchildren: Alan Kline, Andy Kline, husband of Tiffany, Holli Kline, Seth Strunk, Able Strunk, Zachary Strunk, Shevelle Strunk, Jessica Strunk, Jeffrey Strunk; Four Great-grandchidldren: Autumn Kline, Paige Kline, Kylie Rafter, Sierra Strunk, also survive. He was predeceased by his siblings: Harry, Jr., LeRoy, George, Lester Strunk, and Phyllis Bender. Funeral Services and Burial in Heidelberg Cemetery, Robesonia, will be private and at the convenience of the family. The Mull Funeral Home, Womelsdorf, is assisting the family.  For online condolences, please visit www.mullfh.com At the request of the family, kindly omit flowers. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society of Berks County, 498 E.
